I think that our team is operating well and we are cooperating well. Although we are making progress well as a team we do not have that much energy for our product in front of the crowd which I think we still need to work on. I think that we are motivated as a team and organized because of our leadership within the CEO.
I think that a good leader is motivational and wants to see the product be made and succeed. I also think that a good leader can be able to keep the people around him or her focused and give everyone the exact same vision which is to see the product become a reality in our case.
So far we haven’t had many conflicts but whenever we did we were able to solve them pretty well. We were able to figure out who needed to do what and who was arguing and for what reason. Our team all wants to see the product be made and make it a reality so we really don’t have a problem of getting off task. I wouldn’t have fired anyone on the team because I think we work well as a team.
I think that everyone brings something different to the table which makes solving problems easier because everyone sees things in a different way, which makes the problem more solvable. I think that friendship is essential because everyone needs to be able to trust each other. If someone says that they can solve a problem and another person doesn’t trust that person’s ability then you have a problem.
